Refund Policy

At Novalyx, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides and reliable customer service. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before completing your purchase.

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Because peptides are temperature-sensitive, sterile, and intended strictly for research use, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has shipped. This policy ensures product safety and prevents contamination.

  2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or shows signs of compromised packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.

  3. Lost or Missing Packages
    If tracking information shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier first to confirm the delivery status. Then notify us so we can assist with a claim. Depending on the carrier’s resolution, we may offer partial store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed for orders marked as delivered.

  4. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is packed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the sensitive nature of our products.

  5. Temperature-Control and Storage Responsibility
    Novalyx ships peptides using appropriate handling methods. After delivery, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for degradation caused by improper storage or handling after receipt.

  6. Research Use Only
    All products sold by Novalyx are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use. By purchasing from Novalyx, you agree to these conditions. Refunds will not be issued for misunderstanding product classification.
