At Novalyx, we work to ensure that all research peptides are packaged securely and shipped quickly. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Times
   Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods
   We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Available shipping methods may vary based on your location. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Temperature-Sensitive Products
   Peptides are packaged to maintain stability during normal transit times. If your order includes temperature-sensitive items, we may use additional packaging materials as needed. Once delivered, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Information
   Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not refresh immediately.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
   Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Novalyx is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
   If a package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first to verify the delivery status. After that, notify us so we can assist with the claim process. Novalyx is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or misdelivery confirmed by the carrier.

7. International Shipping
   International shipping availability and restrictions vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory requirements. Novalyx is not responsible for delays or seized packages due to customs regulations.

8. Order Changes
   Orders cannot be modified after they have been processed. If you need to update your shipping address or make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.
